Groove Yoga 200hr Yoga Teacher Training

Thank you for your interest in the Groove Yoga 200hr YTT program!

This program is designed to deepen your understanding of and connection to the practice of yoga and self/Self.

This is not your typical yoga teacher training. It is a deep dive into personal transformation. It requires courage and a commitment to rigorous truth and self-compassion. The path of yoga is the path of the heart. It is the path to peace. It is a path that requires devotion, and its return on your investment is beyond what the mind can comprehend.

This training is about learning to embody this ancient practice in a way that transforms you, your loved ones, and your world through fearless self-study, deep love, and devoted practice. It is answering a call—first to self-love, and then to selfless service.
