A beginning.
A conscious return.
Flight Club reimagined.
Introducing The Practice Project. Holding the same invitation: to explore what it means to commit to your practice.
For 30 days, we’re inviting you to show up with intention and curiosity and experience what can happen when yoga becomes a consistent part of the rhythm of your life.
Dates | September 8 – October 7
Complete 26 classes in 30 days and you’ll be entered to win 3 months of free yoga.
We’ll have weekly giveaways for participants who are on track to complete the project.
Practice Project workshops count toward your 26 classes.
Only livestream and in-studio classes contribute to your Practice Project progress, as we are unable to track participation in On Demand classes.
There is no additional cost to participate in The Practice Project beyond the cost of your classes, but you do need to register so that we can track your class attendance.
Go Deeper
During The Practice Project, we’ll offer three special workshops designed to create more space for exploration and learning.
Workshops are normally $55, but Practice Project participants can register for just $40. And, yes, workshops count toward your 26 classes.
Why 26 in 30?
What happens when you give yourself the time and space to really commit to your practice?
Some days that might mean working harder or exploring your edges. Other days it might mean slowing down, choosing something restorative, or giving yourself permission to do less. With consistency comes the opportunity to know yourself, and your practice, a little better.
It’s a chance to step outside of your usual routine. To explore different classes and teachers. To experience different ways of moving, breathing, resting, and paying attention. And perhaps to discover that a meaningful practice doesn’t have to look the same every day.
For 30 days, you’re giving yoga a place in your life and seeing what grows from that commitment, on your mat and beyond it.
The Practice Project is an invitation to show up, stay curious, listen closely, and discover what a consistent practice can offer you.
Make space for the practice. See what unfolds.
