Yoga for PUBLIC SPEAKING with SHANAN KELLEY
This 90 minute workshop incorporates yoga flow, meditation, pranayama, writing and improvisational exercises to facilitate ease in public speaking. Participants will learn practical techniques for grounding, content development practices, improvement in listening skills, and increased confidence and presence. This workshop will be playful, practical and perfect for anyone who finds themselves in need of improved group communication skills. Dress comfortably and bring a journal and pen. All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary. This offering is particularly helpful for those who are terrified at the thought of speaking in front of others.
