Beginner Yoga Series with SHAWN ANZALDO

Starting something new takes courage and beginning yoga might be a big step out of your comfort zone. Congratulations, sometimes that first step is the hardest. This four-class series is specifically designed for you. In these four classes, we’ll explore all aspects of a yoga class, beginning from what to do when you walk in, to what you say at the end of class and everything in between. This beginner series is designed to be taken sequentially; each class will build on the next. No experience necessary, just a willingness to show up
