Exploring Mindfulness for KIDS through BREATH, MOVEMENT & CREATIVITY with Banni Bunting
Each session we will explore what is mindfulness and how it might be helpful in our lives; navigating what is stressful and difficult but also understanding mindfulness can bring greater joy, happiness and gratitude into our moments as well. We will learn how to use our breath in a way that is calming and also explore moving mindfully through yoga asana. Each session will finish with creativity and art, further exploring our theme of the day.

Cost: $90 for the session including art supplies
