Yoga for Chakra Balancing with SHANAN KELLEY. 

The chakra system is comprised of the 7 major energy centers of the body. When balanced, our energy flows freely and we feel safe, confident, and creative. This lighthearted and playful workshop will dive into each of the 7 chakras giving participants a deeper understanding of how to work with these specific energies. Through yoga flow, meditation, and creative writing exercises, we will balance body, mind and spirit and learn practical tools for self care and self discovery. Please bring a journal and pen. All registrants receive a complimentary gift.
