Please join us for a special extended Vinyasa practice in which we will offer the sun 108 salutations. A moving meditation, this practice aims to cultivate stillness in the mind through movement in the body. Typically offered and practiced during periods of change, this practice can both generate new energy and help move any stuck energy and emotion through the body while at the same time offers an opportunity to connect deeply with the breath, the body, and the moment.

This practice is accessible to all who wish to step on to their mat. All that is required is a willingness to meet yourself where you are.
