If you are curious about how to deepen your practice safely and in a way that is specific to your and your body's unique needs, this is a workshop for you.

Join Mindful Movement Specialist Maggie Umberger for an educational workshop that will empower you and your practice.

In this 2-hour workshop you will learn:

  • Overview of basic postures we often misuse/move through too quickly that can cause harm over time

  • How to adjust your practice to minimize risk and injury

  • More deeply understand your body, its capabilities, and limitations so you can make empowered choices in your practice

  • New ways to create space in your body, feel that same sense of ease and opening, in a more sustainable way

  • How to make educated decisions about what will work best for YOU and YOUR body on any given day in your own practice

This is a topic that yoga teacher Maggie Umberger is incredibly passionate about, as it’s changed her movement practice and made it more sustainable over the last decade. Maggie is a mindful movement specialist passionate about helping you build strength, feel good, and unlock your potential through yoga and fitness training that is accessible and fun. Known for her intelligently-designed class experiences, she creates the space for her students to move safely, breathe more deeply, feel better, and improve overall health and vitality.
