Explore your yoga practice to uncover where you could strengthen and mobilize to up level your life poses. Our bodies tend to move in patterns and habits, both in a yoga class and outside of it. This workshop will shed light on how you can add intention to strengthen, release, stretch, and re-pattern your body through your yoga practice.

During the workshop expect to move - both holding poses and flow. There will be both challenge and ease. I will incorporate some basic anatomy to build foundational understanding. Most importantly we will geek out together in the spirit of discovery and not taking ourselves too seriously.
