Kundalini Yoga Series with LORI ZATZ


An all levels Kundalini yoga series at Groove Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a full body: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual workout!

Create vitality, bust stress and break through addictive patterns with this four week series. Classes suitable for all levels and include a kirya (set of physical exercises) mediation, chanting and deep relaxation with the gong.

The practice of kriya and meditations in Kundalini Yoga are designed to increase awareness, create energy, and to prepare the body, mind and nervous system to utilize that energy. It is less of a physical workout (though it can be quite physical) and more the deliberate movement of energy in the body to stimulate change in one’s life.

Set your course for 2020! This series will help to clear out what is in the way of you being your best self. The best thing you can do for yourself, for your community and the world is to be more you!

Dates:  Saturdays, Jan 25, Feb 1, 15, 22 (no class Feb 8)

Time:  10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Cost:  $70 for the series or $20 per class
