Family Yoga with LEANNE SCHWEITZER

Adults and kids 4 & older are welcome. We will explore breathwork, mantras, gentle stretching and partner yoga. Children and parents get to enjoy practicing yoga together and strengthen their bond, all while supporting each other and having fun!
