Stephanie began her yoga journey in 2013 when she decided to try a yoga class in Connecticut. She needed something that was going to allow her to drop in and let go. She had no idea the amount of places in her body that needed to be “un stuck”. She immediately felt connected with the practice and loved how it made her feel from the inside out. It allowed her to slow down from the hustle and bustle of East Coast living.
Stephanie moved to central Oregon and continued to practice here in Bend. As she got deeper and deeper into the practice, she found she needed more, she wanted to learn more about Yoga. So in 2015, Stephanie started her 200 hour YTT with Rolf Gates. Since then she has received a Certificate in Yoga Nidra.
Stephanie’s intention is to share this practice and hope it gives her students the strength and peace it gives her every time she steps on the mat.
When she is not flowing on her mat, Stephanie spends time with her partner and their beautiful daughter Harper, enjoying everything Oregon has to offer.
