Samantha began practicing yoga in 2009 as an attempt to heal her body and calm her mind. Almost immediately she started to recognize the countless benefits yoga has to offer. Since then she has been traveling down the path of self-love, acceptance, compassion, patience and SO much more. She received her 200hr RYT certification in 2010, and is beyond grateful for all the teachers who have offered guidance and light on her journey. She is now honored to hold space for others. Her emphasis is always practicing from a place of compassion and honoring whatever shows up on the mat with compassion, awareness and light.
Samantha’s classes consist of a balance between strength and flexibility, and exertion and releasing. She offers a dynamic and inspiring vinyasa flow. Expect to move, sweat, breathe and let go.
