Join Leanne Schweitzer for a guided yin yoga experience designed to soften the body, slow the mind, and restore the nervous system at the peak of summer’s intensity. You’ll be supported with intentional hands-on massage by Erin, LMT, throughout the practice to encourage deep release and integration.
