Balancing poses can be empowering. It teaches us about our inner strength, playfulness and courage as well as our ability to create lightness and space. From the classic tree pose to side planks, shoulder to arm balances, all improve core stability and balance at the emotional and mental levels as well. The nervous system is toned which helps remove stress and anxiety.

This workshop will help you still your mind and teach you how to practice balancing poses without straining the body excessively, allowing you to feel the joy of each Asana bringing your awareness to their energy centers.
