Amber has been a student of yoga since 2004 and has been the owner of our sweet studio since the beginning of 2013.

She has always been fascinated by the workings of the body, mind, and spirit and this interest has led her on a journey to a degree in Exercise Science and a 500 E-RYT certification with Yoga Alliance.

Amber’s practice translates into a strong, dynamic and mindful teaching style. She encourages students to explore and expand the walls of their comfort zones in the hopes of guiding them to a deeper understanding of themselves and their yoga practice, cultivating grounded awareness on and off the mat.
